Research: Investigating genomic occupation of ZBTB33 and ZBTB38 in cancer cells, and their mechanistic roles in mediating specific disease supporting molecular pathways.

Education: Biochemistry and Microbiology degree from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG)

Research: Investigating nucleic acid/protein interactions and their transcriptional effects in cells (epigenetics and G-quadruplexes).

Other interests: Drinking coffee, going to the gym, watching movies, and listening to music.
