Postdoctoral Fellow

About Me: Born and brought up in Andhra Pradesh (India), I did my B.sc and M.sc in chemistry from Andhra University. Then, I moved to IISER-Pune to pursue my Ph.D., where I worked on synthesis and biophysical evaluation of fluorinated peptide nucleic acids. I have worked in IITB for 3-months as a postdoctoral fellow. Then I got an opportunity to work in Prof. Heemstra lab as a postdoctoral fellow. Beyond science, I enjoy playing cricket, volleyball and chess.

Research: My current research focuses on RNA labelling and DNA based quantum dots for imaging.
