Tenure-track faculty positions (Biological Chemistry and Biophysical Chemistry)
The Department of Chemistry at The University of Utah is seeking to fill multiple faculty positions at all levels (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor) in the areas of experimental Biological Chemistry and/or experimental or computational Biophysical Chemistry. Individuals applying at the Assistant Professor level should upload an application letter with vita, a description of proposed research, and arrange for three letters of recommendation to be sent on their behalf. Assistant Professor (Lecturer)
The Department of Chemistry at the University of Utah invites applications for a career-line (non tenure-track) faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor (Lecturer).
We seek a model educator to help us provide a world-class education for every undergraduate student. The successful applicant will have: 1) a PhD or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemistry education or a related field; 2) a commitment to equity in Chemistry education and record of utilizing inclusive, evidence-based instructional practices; 3) experience collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to reform aspects of the undergraduate Chemistry curriculum; and 4) excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
